Cooperation & After-Sales

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Regular products: MOQ 500 pcs. Customized products (including logo embroidery, special sizes, dedicated fabrics and similar): typically 1,000 pcs. Sample orders are not subject to this limit and can be placed in small quantities for evaluation.

Customization Process

  1. Requirement discussion: the client sets out product specifications, materials, design and packaging requirements.
  2. Sampling: we produce samples and deliver them by courier for confirmation. Sample fees can be negotiated as a deduction against the bulk order.
  3. Production scheduling: once samples are confirmed, both parties sign a production contract and production begins. Standard lead time is usually 25–35 working days, depending on order volume and process complexity.
  4. QC and shipping: an internal inspection is carried out on completion. Qualified goods are shipped under the agreed trade terms (FOB / CIF, etc.).

Payment Terms

Payment methods we accept include: T/T — usually a 30% deposit in advance, balance settled before shipment; L/C — at sight or usance, subject to the issuing bank's standing. Specific terms follow the signed contract.

Sample Policy

Standard samples of existing styles are provided free of charge (freight is paid by the client). Custom samples incur a fee depending on complexity, which can be deducted against the bulk order.

Quality & After-Sales

All products are produced against the samples or specifications confirmed by both parties. If a quality issue attributable to us is identified, we will arrange replacement or re-issuance. Specific warranty terms follow the sales contract.

After-Sales Process

If you find a quality issue with the products received, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt and provide relevant evidence. We will arrange return, replacement or repair depending on the case. For transport damage, please retain the packaging and notify us promptly. Customized products are generally not eligible for no-reason returns unless there is a major quality issue. Specific terms follow the sales contract.

Complaints

We value every client's feedback. If you are dissatisfied, please email info@ciyunfeiyun.com with a detailed description and supporting evidence. We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and assign a dedicated contact to follow up. A preliminary response is given within 5 business days, and complex issues are kept under communication until resolved.

Communication

A dedicated project contact is assigned to each order to ensure requirements are communicated promptly. Key milestones — sample confirmation, schedule changes and so on — are shared proactively in writing. We encourage open and direct communication between both parties.

Intellectual Property Protection

This website — including but not limited to text, images, designs, icons, videos, files and overall appearance — and the products, technologies and trademarks shown on it are the intellectual property of us or relevant rights holders, and are protected by Chinese and international intellectual property law.

"Ciyunfeiyun" and the related logo are our registered trademarks or trade names in China and/or other countries. No entity or individual may use them in any way without written authorization.

Client IP Protection

We fully respect our clients' intellectual property. For OEM/ODM products, the design proposals, trademarks, packaging designs and other IP assets provided by the client are used only within the scope of the agreed project and strictly for production purposes. They will not be used or disclosed beyond that scope in any form.

We apply reasonable confidentiality measures to protect drawings, samples, technical specifications and business information provided by the client. Without written consent, this information is not disclosed to third parties or used for other clients' orders. After production, related molds, surplus materials and similar items are handled as set out in the contract, to prevent IP leakage.

Without our prior written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, display, perform, translate, license, transfer or sell any part of this website. For OEM/ODM products, designs or trademarks provided by the customer are treated as legally authorized by the customer, and any related intellectual property disputes are borne by the customer.

Compliance & Responsibility

Integrity

We prohibit commercial bribery, kickbacks and any other improper benefits. All business activity is based on fair competition and market pricing, and we decline gifts or hospitality that could influence business decisions.

We follow fair and just competition principles, do not engage in price fixing or market allocation, and work to maintain a healthy industry environment.

Product Compliance

We provide products that meet quality and safety standards. Regular products can be supplied with third-party test reports such as OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and SGS, and are covered by REACH compliance statements. We continue to monitor product safety, labeling and environmental regulations in our target markets to ensure export compliance. For specific compliance documents, please contact our sales team.

Social Responsibility

We comply with applicable labor laws and regulations, prohibit child labor, forced labor and any form of discrimination, and are committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment and protecting employees' lawful rights.

We care about the environmental impact of production and continuously reduce resource use and waste. Materials and packaging used in our products aim to meet international environmental standards to lessen the burden on the environment.
