Cooperation & After‑Sales

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Standard products MOQ is 500 pieces. Customized products (including logo embroidery, special sizes, exclusive fabrics, etc.) generally have an MOQ of 1,000 pieces. Sample orders are not subject to this limit and can be purchased in small quantities for evaluation.

Customization Process

  1. Requirement communication: The client specifies product specifications, materials, designs, and packaging requirements.
  2. Sample development: We produce samples according to requirements and deliver them for confirmation. Sample fees may be negotiable and can be deducted from subsequent bulk orders.
  3. Production scheduling: After sample confirmation, both parties sign a production contract and begin manufacturing. Standard lead time is usually 25‑35 working days, depending on order volume and process complexity.
  4. Quality inspection and shipment: Internal quality inspection is conducted before shipment, and goods are shipped according to agreed trade terms (FOB/CIF, etc.) after passing inspection.

Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include: T/T (wire transfer) – typically 30% deposit in advance, balance paid before shipment; Letter of Credit (L/C) – at sight or usance, subject to the issuing bank’s good standing. Specific terms shall follow the contractual agreement between both parties.

Sample Policy

We provide free standard samples of existing styles (customer covers shipping cost). For customized samples, a reasonable fee may apply based on complexity, which can be deducted from the bulk order.

Quality & After‑Sales

All products are manufactured according to mutually confirmed samples or specification sheets. If quality issues are confirmed to be our responsibility, we will actively cooperate with returns, replacements, or replenishments. Specific warranty terms are subject to the sales contract.

After‑Sales Process

If the received products have quality issues, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt and provide relevant evidence. We will offer solutions such as return, replacement, replenishment, or repair. For transport damage, please keep the packaging and communicate with us. Customized products are generally not eligible for return or exchange without major quality issues. Details are subject to the sales contract.

Complaint Handling

We value every client’s feedback. If you are dissatisfied, please email info@ciyunfeiyun.com with details and supporting evidence. We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and assign a representative to follow up, actively investigate, and propose an initial resolution within 5 business days. We will maintain communication until the issue is resolved.

Communication

We will assign a dedicated project contact for each order to ensure timely communication. Key milestones (sample confirmation, schedule changes, etc.) will be proactively communicated in writing. We encourage open and direct communication between both parties.

Intellectual Property Protection

This website (including but not limited to text, images, designs, icons, videos, files, overall appearance) and the products, technologies, and trademarks displayed herein are the intellectual property of us or relevant rights holders, protected by Chinese and international intellectual property laws.

"Ciyunfeiyun" and related logos are our registered trademarks or trade names in China and/or other countries. No entity or individual may use them in any way without written authorization.

Client IP Protection

We fully respect our clients' intellectual property rights. For OEM/ODM customized products, the design proposals, trademarks, packaging designs, and other IP deliverables provided by the client shall be used solely within the scope of the agreed cooperation project and strictly for production purposes. We will not use or disclose them beyond the authorized scope in any form.

We implement reasonable confidentiality measures to protect the drawings, samples, technical specifications, and business information provided by the client. Without the client's written consent, such information will not be disclosed to third parties or used for orders of other clients. After production is completed, related molds, surplus materials, etc., will be handled according to the contractual agreement between both parties to prevent IP leakage.

Without our prior written consent, you may not copy, modify, distribute, publish, display, perform, translate, license, transfer, or sell any part of this website. For OEM/ODM customized products, designs or trademarks provided by the customer are deemed to have obtained legal authorization, and any related intellectual property disputes shall be borne by the customer.

We follow principles of fair and just competition, do not engage in price fixing, market allocation, or other unfair practices, and strive to maintain a healthy industry environment.

Product Compliance

We are committed to providing products that meet quality and safety standards. Regular products are certified by international third‑party testing agencies such as OEKO‑TEX Standard 100 and SGS, and comply with REACH regulations. We continuously monitor and adhere to product safety, labeling, and environmental regulations in target markets to ensure export compliance.
